CONE: Improving Human-Computer Interaction By Integrated Ontological Models

This article describes how the creation of semi-automatic or automatic e-commerce systems can be facilitated and speeded up and the quality of such systems can be improved by laying them on integrated ontological models. The COnceptual NEtwork Ontology Editor (CONE) of VTT Information Technology can create such models as is explained in the article. The article also shows how integrated models can be directly utilized by software agents.
